PRIVATE GP PRACTICE
In recent years, the National Health Service (NHS) has faced growing challenges, driven by increasing demand, limited resources, and administrative pressures. Nowhere is this more evident than in General Practice.
Recognizing these challenges, Dr. Pemsel, Dr. Woodward, and Dr. Groom set out to make a difference by establishing a new GP practice in Salisbury, UK. Their vision was to create an online-first practice that empowers patients with the flexibility to book appointments quickly and conveniently at a time that suits them. They also prioritized choice, offering options for face-to-face, telephone, or online consultations.
As a newly founded practice, they embraced contemporary services and technology to streamline their operations and enhance patient care.
To bring their vision to life, the partners collaborated with We Interact to develop a cohesive brand identity, design and build their website, and implement systems for online booking and subscription management.

“Help us launch our new business. We need a new website with a patient booking system and subscriptions. We will also need help with marketing our new services and growing the business”.

THE
SOLUTION
This project began as a classic branding and design engagement, where we collaborated with the partners to fully understand their goals and aspirations. With the business name already chosen, we focused on exploring color palettes, tone of voice, and general stylistic concepts to reflect their vision.
Once the brand identity was defined, we shifted our focus to mapping out the practice’s core requirements, including patient booking, payment processing, and management systems. From there, we developed a series of design concepts to ensure alignment with the partners’ expectations and vision.
The chosen platform for the website was WordPress, enhanced by Elementor plugins to deliver a seamless user experience. A key feature of the solution involved integrating with the Stripe payment gateway to facilitate online transactions. Additionally, we implemented integrations with a third-party patient booking system and provided access for receptionists and telephone booking agents, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient solution.
